The app isn’t notarized by Apple yet, so the first launch says it can’t be opened. Click Done, open System Settings → Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway. Or run:

Make the AppImage executable with chmod +x S3Browser.AppImage and run it. It needs FUSE.
